How can our clients file a complaint?

All information regarding filing complaints may be acquired:

  • From employees of our bank
  • From brochure available in bank offices
  • From our General Terms and Conditions
  • From our web site

Complaints can be submitted in several ways:

– Visit to one of our branches or credit offices where complaint can be filed in person
– Sending the complaint in written form by post to the bank’s address
– Sending the complaint in written form by email to the address

Sending confidential information via email should be avoided if possible.
