All information regarding filing complaints may be acquired:

Complaints can be submitted in several ways:
– Visit to one of our branches or credit offices where complaint can be filed in person
– Sending the complaint in written form by post to the bank’s address
– Sending the complaint in written form by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org
Sending confidential information via email should be avoided if possible.
